It's my belief that when the team do well, there's many opportunities make available to us. There will be kind and supportive people around who will help and do us a favour. But remember, not to over demand, when opportunity comes, just accept with both hands, as it may only knock once.
I have been approached by our company AD personnel-YS , that i'll get 2 seats for the coming Namlifa 36th Mega convention. I was very happy and have quickly arranged agents to attend. But the challenge was I only have 2 seats. Who should I give it too? I have a handful of trainers and team leaders whom I give priority in most cases.
While I was trying to figure out who should I gave these seats too. another good news received from YS that i can now have 4 seats. Wow! I didn't bother to ask why suddenly got so many seats for us, i received the offer with thanks.
I have allocated 2 seats for my own unit, for both Yuvone & Rachel to attend, both of them are among the most teachable and eager to learn members. And for the other two, i have allocated one for each of my unit manager. Have extended invitation to Ryan and Ivan. Contacted Ryan, he was very happy about this invitation and immediately accepted. And for Ivan, he was hesitated as he has to arrange babysitting with wife which later on he couldn't spare the time to attend. And i wouldn't want to simply find a replacement, as the member must be a male. Eventually, extended the invitation to Ben, so he can look after them in Genting for 3 days 2 night event. A group whatsapp was created for communication about this convention.
Opportunity is given, grab it or leave it. whatever is the decision, don't regret, that's it. Being a leader myself, i would definitely love to attend this sort of convention. we have many chances to attend as we can afford to pay, but do our members have this financial ability to pay $800 per ticket exclude hotel arrangement? I choose to let our members/agents to attend. They get motivated and be more appreciative to the agency.
Till then. Good luck and smooth sailing...
